B.S in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Shenandoah University 2016. The focus of my Biology degree was prepharmacy and molecular biology/biochemistry. I am currently attending SU School Of Pharmacy (Pharm D class 2020) with the intention of pursuing a residency and teaching certificate after graduation.
Experience
I've been tutoring for the last two years in general biology and anatomy/physiology, and I've found that I truly enjoy helping students achieve that moment of understanding. These past few years have helped me focus my passion on teaching, and guiding students in their studies. The majority of my undergraduate biology classes were filled with molecular topics and included: parasitology, microbiology, histology, anatomy/physiology, cellular biology, biochemistry, etc. In addition to my undergraduate studies, pharmacy school has given me advanced courses in pharmacology, biomedical sciences, pathophysiology, kinetics, and communication.
